Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC

Founder & Clinical Director | Trauma-Informed Therapist Visionary Strategist | Relational Healing Expert

Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC is a licensed, double-board-certified trauma-informed relationship therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and post-graduate training in Marriage & Family Therapy and advanced training in healing complex and relational trauma, she leads with a mission to modernize love and protect the relationships that define our lives.

As the founder of Lovers Counseling, Chloé brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, strategic vision, relationship development skills, and emotional precision. Her work integrates science, soul, and systems thinking to help individuals and couples strengthen trust, deepen intimacy, and navigate change without losing connection.

Known for her clarity, compassion, and bold vision, Chloé builds with purpose—designing therapy experiences that are preventative, empowering, and rooted in long-term relationship health.

Hayley Miller

Hayley Miller is a powerhouse of presence and strategy. She runs and grows Lovers Counseling’s Improv for Relationships program—a performance-informed relational skills training track designed to help people master emotional intelligence, communication, and connection in real time. She leads the workshops, manages program expansion, and ensures its impact continues to scale.

Before joining Lovers Counseling, Hayley built an extraordinary career advising leaders at the highest levels of business. She began in private equity, working on a portfolio of luxury retail real estate assets before being recruited by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s C-suite to help navigate the global COVID-19 crisis. Serving as part of a confidential internal consulting group, she worked directly with top executives to design and implement strategies for corporate resilience, operational pivots, and sustainable growth during one of the most volatile periods in modern business.

A Six Sigma Black Belt and trusted strategic partner, Hayley blends the precision of executive-level problem-solving with the creativity of live performance. Trained at The Second City in Chicago, she has performed and sold out shows at iconic venues like The Laugh Factory, iO, and The Second City itself. Her work—whether on stage or in the boardroom—has always centered on one thing: keeping connection alive when the stakes are highest.

At Lovers Counseling, Hayley brings that same elite-level strategy and human connection training to couples, individuals, and groups. Improv for Relationships takes the principles of improv—attunement, adaptability, and real-time responsiveness—and applies them to the moments with the people that matter most.

Sofia Grbic is the voice behind our brand. As a Gen Z entrepreneur, podcast host, and creative strategist, she leads Lovers Counseling’s storytelling across social media, community channels, and marketing platforms. Her role is to ensure that every post, image, and campaign reflects our values of prevention, compassion, and modern love.

Currently earning her degree at CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, Sofia brings both entrepreneurial drive and a deep commitment to emotional wellness. She approaches every project with high standards, a sharp design eye, and a knack for translating complex ideas into content that connects. Sofia also serves on the Executive Board for her sorority, CU Boulder’s Alpha Phi.

Her work spans content strategy, design direction, and copywriting, ensuring that every post, story, and campaign aligns with our values of prevention, compassion, and modern love. Sofia is the bridge between our clinical expertise and the online communities we serve—translating the soul of our brand into messages that resonate and inspire action.

As the founder of Stitched by Sofia, she knows how to build something from the ground up—and she applies that same energy to shaping how the next generation relates to therapy, healing, and themselves. With a sharp eye for design and a deep feel for emotional storytelling, Sofia helps translate the soul of our brand into content that connects. Her work ensures Lovers Counseling’s mission doesn’t just live in the therapy room—it reaches and inspires people everywhere.
